Incorporated in 1935, the town encompasses an area situated just south of the Village of Bal Harbour and north of the city of Miami Beach. Set on the north border of Surfside, Bal Harbour Shops is walking distance from Surfside’s downtown district, putting a world of luxury at the fingertips of Surfside’s residents and guests.

Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, feel relaxed and renewed at the stunning waterfront Exhale spa at the Ritz Carlton. North Beach Bandshell

The North Beach Bandshell is an outdoor auditorium on Collins Avenue in North Beach that hosts events and musical acts from all over the world. There are weekly salsa nights, jazz performances, and multi-day festivals.

Oleta Park

Florida's largest urban park, Oleta River State Park spans 1,043 acres of land on Biscayne Bay in the busy Miami metropolitan area. It offers a variety of recreational activities including kayaking and paddle boarding among the beautiful mangroves of the Oleta River. The park is also known for its miles of bicycling trails.
