The oceanfront hotel offers guests a traditional pre-fixe that features butternut squash soup, slow-roasted sage turkey breast, stuffing, and caramel and pecan pie.
Before you sit down for dinner, head to the rooftop for a sundowner and watch the city melt away in a blaze of orange and gold. Give Thanks at Le Sirenuse Miami
Ready for the most luxurious Thanksgiving ever? The Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club is offering three different ways to enjoy the holiday without stepping foot in the kitchen. Make a reservation at Le Sirenuse Restaurant & Champagne Bar for an oceanfront brunch, a Positano influenced dinner, or simply reserve your feast “To Go” and enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
For brunch, Chef de Cuisine Antonio Mermolia brings the Amalfi Coast to guests with a special black truffle menu alongside a feast featuring Hudson Valley turkey served table side and an assortment of traditional family-style courses. Additionally, a la carte menu items are also offered, as well as a selection of ‘Dulcis in Fundo’ to be enjoyed in the dessert room.
In the evening, diners can explore the delectable flavors of Southern Italy with a Thanksgiving focused a la carte menu featuring classic dishes made with ingredients flown in from Italy. For the occasion, a selection of dishes taken from the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Italian outpost of Le Sirenuse will also be offered.
After sunset, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, guests can also enjoy a glass of bubbly and live music at Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar. The bar has South Florida’s largest selection of fine champagnes and features a selection of champagne cocktails dedicated to some of The Surf Club’s most famous guests including Elizabeth Taylor, featuring Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut champagne, and the Winston Churchill, a mix of Dom Pérignon champagne, plum-infused Cocchi Rosa, a sugar cube, and orange bitters.
And if Thanksgiving at home is more your style, the restaurant also offers a feast “to go” for up to seven people. Think Cider Glazed Brussel Sprouts to accompany the Herb Roasted Turkey with Sage mushroom sauce and cranberry and orange sauce, and polishing off the meal with the most perfect Pecan Pie Cheesecake. It certainly goes above and beyond your traditional Thanksgiving spread and promises to provide an unforgettable and culinary experience.
