Outdoor Dining in Surfside: Winston’s on the Beach at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club
The dining concept blends inspiration from the property’s history with South Florida’s flavors, serving a light a la carte menu that’s perfect for poolside eats. Split up into small and large bites, the menu also features veggie-focused dishes that are locally sourced.
Small bites include a green ceviche featuring Florida orange and jicama, chicken wings cooked slow and spicy and elote with chili aioli. For larger appetites, Winston’s on the Beach offers its namesake burger, served with aged manchego, house made pickles, a sweet onion sauce, and coleslaw. For a sweet treat, enjoy ice cream from Little Havana creamery Azucar, available in seasonal flavors, then wash it down with a cocktail or two.
The drink offering is robust, ranging from cocktails to mocktails, alongside an offering of wines sourced from all over the world. The cocktails are the perfect mix of bright flavors and novelty. Take, for example, the Surf Club Mangareva, a mix of Calvados, Myers rum, coconut puree, pineapple juice, and lime juice. The Bitter Truth features Solerno, Aperol, club soda, lemon juice and popcorn shoots. For an afternoon pick-me-up, guests can also order a Caffe Umbria espresso or a matcha latte.
Guests with little ones don’t have to fret, as Winston’s on the Beach has a full kid’s menu, serving up American classics like chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese and an ice cream cookie sandwich.
