4. The Hoxxoh Mural at Surfside Park

At once hypnotizing and enigmatic, the vibrant mural at 96th street park by Miami-based artist, Hoxxoh, makes an excellent backdrop for Instagram selfies, family photos and so much more. Miami muralist Douglas Hoekzema, aka Hoxxoh, is known for his bright spirographic murals that are based on themes of energy and nature and this one will certainly garner some attention.

5. Turtle Walk

Love turtles? Surfside does too! To show Surfside’s love for the Florida Loggerhead Sea Turtle, Surfside created ‘Turtle Walk’. Located on 93rd Street between Collins and Harding Avenues, it is home to 13 turtle sculptures, each painted by a different renowned South Florida artist. The sculptures are a great reminder of the importance of turtle conservation and make a for a great photo - or two.
