Josh’s Deli

Josh’s Deli is not an Asian restaurant and it’s barely a deli by any standard, but chef and owner Josh Marcus’ imaginative take on latkes has guests coming back for more. Dubbed the Krunch Spicy Tuna latkes, the dish combines potato latkes with sushi-grade cured tuna, a sriracha cream cheese, and truffle-soy vinaigrette, all topped with pickled red onions and nori. The dish is spicy, crunchy, and absolutely delicious. Aside from the unusual combination, Josh says the key element is the latkes. He starts his latkes in a cold pan to make sure they cook evenly and are done at the same time. Take note!
